Lat-Lon lands another U.S. patent for wireless tracking, monitoring device

Lat-Lon L.L.C. recently obtained another U.S. patent for its Damage Prevention Unit (DPU), a wireless GPS tracking and monitoring device.

The patent covers the power system, which can provide solar power indefinitely and doesn’t require batteries. The company currently has several other patents pending for the DPU.

Lat-Lon supplies monitoring systems designed to keep tabs on rail cars, containers and barges.
