CN appoints Paquin to board of directors

CN has appointed Madeleine Paquin to its board as of Oct. 29.

Paquin has decades of international trade and shipping experience. She is the former president and CEO of LOGISTEC Corp., a terminal operator across 50 ports in North America. She served in that role from February 1996 to January 2024.

Paquin also serves as a director of Air Canada Ltd.  and on Montreal Neurological Institute-Hospital's advisory board. Previously, she has held director roles at Sun Life Canada, Canadian Pacific Railway and Aeroports de Montreal, CN officials said in an press release.

"Her business accomplishments, customer insights and experience with complex capital-intensive transportation infrastructure including port terminals, railways and major airlines further strengthens the board’s oversight of CN’s strategy and the company’s long-term value creation for shareholders," said CN Chairwoman Shauneen Bruder.
