Canadian Pacific Railway Ltd. announced today it has strengthened its sales and marketing team by adding two new vice presidents and reorganizing the group's structure to better service customers.

The team will consist of three business units, each led by a vice president reporting to Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer John Brooks. The units will be grain and fertilizers; energy, chemicals and plastics (ECP), and merchandise; and intermodal and automotive.

"The realignment of our sales and marketing structure allows us to better leverage customer relationships and marketing strategies as we focus the team on sustainable, profitable growth into 2018 and beyond," said Brooks in a press release. "Our proven operating model, discipline on costs and system-wide fluidity has us well-positioned for growth, and this new team is committed to delivering for customers and shareholders."

Joining CP on Dec. 1 is Coby Bullard, who will lead the sales and marketing team for ECP and merchandise. Bullard joins the company from C.R. England and Crest Logistics, where he most recently served as president of intermodal.

Also joining CP on Dec. 1 is Eileen Pedante Stone, who will lead CP's grain and fertilizers business unit. Stone comes to CP from UPS Freight, where she most recently was vice president of sales. In her career at UPS, Stone gained more than 25 years of experience in sales and marketing in the freight transportation industry across North America.

Meanwhile, Jonathan Wahba — who joined CP in February as vice president sales and marketing, intermodal and grain — will now lead sales and marketing for the intermodal and automotive unit.
