Curtis Shuck is the director of economic development and facilities with the Port of Vancouver USA. The port is in the midst of the West Vancouver Freight Access project, which will improve freight movement through the port, as well as along BNSF Railway Co. and Union Pacific Railroad mainlines. Construction on the 10-year project launched in 2007.
