Transportation Communications International Union's Brotherhood of Railway Carmen Division Fort Wayne Lodge 6760 recently named Steven Wilhelm acting local chairman.

He most recently served as senior assistant local chairman, filling in for Steven Pequignot, who's served as local chairman since 1978 but has been on a leave of absence since April 2003.

During the past five years, Wilhelm also has served as the lodge's assistant local chairman, local protective committee secretary and recording secretary. In 1993, he began his railroading career with Norfolk Southern Railway.
