Exemplar Developments has opened Keystone Industrial Park at CentrePort Canada, a 20,000-acre inland port in Winnipeg and Rosser, Manitoba.

The Keystone site is now on the market, featuring 184 acres of shovel-ready land in the rural municipality of Rosser. It is situated across Sturgeon Road from Exemplar's North Crossing Business Park, a commercial and light industrial park under development that will serve as a complementary offering to Keystone.

CentrePort Canada offers access to CN, CPKC and BNSF Railway. The first phase of Keystone's development, which included connection of critical infrastructure, represents an investment of over CA$100 million, with more developmental investments to be announced late this year, Exemplar officials said in a press release.

Keystone offers 30 lots, starting at about 2.3 acres, that are ideal for manufacturing, warehousing and distribution, and transportation and logistics services, they added. To date, over half the sites have been sold or conditionally sold.
