Metra elects vice chair, treasurer

Northeast Illinois Regional Commuter Railroad Corp. (Metra) recently elected Larry Huggins vice chairman and Jack Schaffer, treasurer.

President and chief executive officer of Riteway Construction Services Inc., Huggins had served as treasurer. He replaces former Metra Director Elonzo Hill, who died in February. Schaffer, owner of Liberty Outdoor Advertising and Liberty Self Storage, replaces Huggins.
