Dallas Area Rapid Transit’s (DART) board has elected longtime member Faye Moses-Wilkins as chair for the coming year.She was appointed to the board in 1999 to represent the cities of Plano and Farmers Branch, Texas. Wilkins is president of The Wilkins Group Inc., a telecommunications and systems integration firm based in Richardson, Texas.Meanwhile, the board also elected Richard Carrizales vice chair, Gary Slagel secretary, and Jerry Christian assistant secretary.
