Lamphere resigns from CN's board

Yesterday, Canadian National Railway Co. announced Gilbert Lamphere resigned from the railroad’s board for personal reasons.

Former Illinois Central Corp. (IC) chairman, Lamphere joined CN’s board when the Class I acquired IC in 1998. He had served as a member of the audit, finance and risk; human resources and compensation; environment, safety and security; and strategic planning committees.
