Yesterday, OmniTRAX Canada announced Executive Vice President Bernie Boucher will retire May 15. He also serves as president of the Churchill Gateway Development Corp. (CGDC) and will retire from that post, as well.

Since joining OmniTRAX in 1999, Boucher served as the chief operating officer and head of marketing prior to becoming EVP and CGDC president. He previously served Canadian National Railway Co. in various senior-management positions.

"We'll sorely miss Bernie's experience, leadership, and direction in our operations in Canada," said OmniTRAX Inc. Managing Director Mike Ogborn in a prepared statement. "In his five years with us, he took an underutilized rail line and port to new heights of success. We wish him well in the future."

A division of short-line holding company OmniTRAX Inc., OmniTRAX Canada operates the Hudson Bay Railway Co., Carlton Trail Railway, Hudson Bay Port Co. and TransCanada Switching Co.
