TTX names two senior execs

TTX Co. recently named Thomas Wells executive vice president and Patrick Casey, vice president of fleet management.

With more than 20 years’ experience in the rail industry, Wells joined TTX in 2001 as senior vice president, fleet management, after serving 17 years at Norfolk Southern Railway in the supply management, sales and marketing, operations and intermodal departments. In his new position, Wells will direct the strategic planning, and strategy and marketing efforts for TTX’s rail-car maintenance and technology divisions.

Casey joined TTX in 2000 as director, business forecasting and planning. He was promoted to assistant vice president in 2005. Prior to TTX, Casey served CSX Transportation for 17 years, including 10 at CSX Intermodal.
