Patricia Torres-Bruno returned to the Southern California Regional Rail Authority (Metrolink) to serve as the agency's chief administrative officer.In the role, Torres-Bruno will manage Metrolink's government and regulatory affairs, human resources, administrative services and other departments, according to an agency press release.Torres-Bruno served as chief policy officer for the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) before joining Metrolink. She also served as Metrolink's government and regulatory affairs manager for nearly four years prior to her stint at LACMTA.Additionally, she's served as a policy analyst for former Los Angeles Mayor James Hahn and the California League of Cities."Patricia was a valuable member of my team while I served as CEO at [LACMTA] and I'm looking forward to the perspective and leadership she will bring to our executive team here at Metrolink," said Metrolink CEO Art Leahy in a statement.
