Jasmin to manage Watco's Montana short line

The Watco Cos. Inc. recently named Chad Jasmin general manager of the Yellowstone Valley Railroad.
He previously served BNSF Railway Co. in various capacities, including conductor, assistant trainmaster, trainmaster, terminal manager and superintendent of operations in Fargo, N.D.
Watco launched the Yellowstone Valley Railroad in August 2005 after leasing lines from BNSF in Montana that total 171 miles. The short line interchanges with BNSF in Bainville on a northern segment, and in Glendive and Snowden on a southern segment.
