Commercial real estate services firm NAI Houston last week announced it's been chosen to market five properties totaling 3,748 acres in the Cline Shale, the newest shale formation situated over a large portion of the Permian Basin's eastern shelf in Texas. All five properties are near Sweetwater, Texas.A 2,423-acre tract along Interstate 20 — known as the Bitter Creek Ranch and Smith Property — and 700-acre parcel along County Road 109 in Nolan County are adjacent to BNSF Railway Co. and Union Pacific Railroad lines, NAI Houston officials said in a press release.The firm also is marketing three other Cline Shale sites in Nolan County: a 480-acre tract along Bitter Creek Road; 85-acre property on Country Road 109; and 60-acre parcel along County Road 121.
