The versatile CarTopper® Material Handling Services machine rides atop rail cars, loading or unloading materials as the work train moves down the track. It self-mounts (and dismounts) from the ground to an operational position in less than 10 minutes. The CarTopper requires only one operator, reducing the need for ground personnel. Using GPS technology, ties and other track materials can be distributed to precise locations along the right-of-way.
