OmniTRAX Inc. affiliate Stockton Terminal and Eastern Railroad (STE) has honored Pacific Northwest Oil the 2021 OmniTRAX Safe Shipper Award.

In recognition of the award, STE recently donated $1,000 in Pacific Northwest Oil's name to the Waterloo-Morada Fire District in California. The company is a two-time Safe Shipper Award winner, posting back-to-back years of safe-shipping excellence, OmniTRAX officials said in a press release.

The OmniTRAX Safe Shipper Award recognizes companies that model exemplary shipping safety by shipping or receiving loaded cars with no accidental releases during the previous year.

"Shipping safety is a core company value and a shared commitment with our shipping partners," said OmniTRAX Senior Vice President of Operations John Bradley.

The Waterloo-Morada Fire District provides fire protection, prevention and suppression, hazardous material, water rescue and emergency medical services to the communities of Morada and Waterloo that border the STE.
