U.S. Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-Ill.) last week met with representatives from Colo Railroad Builders to tour the contractor's new facility in Minooka, Ill. A member of the National Railroad Construction & Maintenance Association (NRC), Colo Railroad Builders relocated the facility from Romeoville, Ill., in August.M.D. Stolzman, the contractor's chief executive officer, led the tour of the facility, which employs 35 people and features a 4,000-square-foot shop. The new building is expected to generate $12 million of the company's $30 million annual revenue this year, NRC officials said in a press release.During Kinzinger's visit, the importance of extending the 45G short-line tax credit was discussed, NRC officials said.
