Class I service problems, workforce shortages and ESG: RailPrime's most-read and/or most-viewed content in 2022

1/2/2023
Class I service struggles drew the most RailPrime reader interest in 2022, but an article about The Coalition to Stop CPKC's efforts either to receive more mitigation funding or convince regulators to put the kibosh on the proposed combination was the most-read RailPrime article in 2022.

In 2021, the proposed Canadian Pacific-Kansas City Southern merger was far and away the topic that interested RailPrime readers/viewers most.

That interest lingered well into 2022. The most-read RailPrime article in 2022 was CP-KCS related.

But readers/viewers had a lot more than the proposed merger on their minds. They were more interested in Class I service issues/recovery plans, CEO changes at CN and CSX, workforce shortages and the ESG evolution, if subscribers' reading and viewing habits is any indication.
