Amtrak logged $204.7 million in systemwide adjusted ticket revenue last month, which marked the best month in the railroad's history.Thanksgiving week continued to be the busiest of the year for Amtrak, which served 777,807 riders over the holiday period, railroad officials said in a press release.During the week, Amtrak recorded $61 million in gross ticket revenue."More customers are choosing Amtrak as it is simply the smarter way to travel. We look forward to providing the Amtrak experience to more customers over the December holidays," said Amtrak Co-CEO Wick Moorman.Railroad officials anticipate high demand for tickets this month, as well.
