Transportation Communications Union-represented clerks, on-board service workers and product line supervisors recently ratified labor agreements with Amtrak. The union and national intercity passenger railroad reached tentative agreements in May.

Retroactive to Jan. 1, 2005, and expiring Dec. 1, 2009, the contracts include wage increases and employee health contributions that match the agreements Amtrak reached with a handful of other unions earlier this year.
