Norfolk Southern Railway plans to pilot 10East Corp.’s RailDOCS™ Mobile Business Platform and RailDOCS Preventive Maintenance Management Systems to help manage and document compliance with Federal Railroad Administration requirements.
User training will begin April 11 in Knoxville, Tenn., in NS’ Central Division, where the railroad will conduct the pilot.
RailDOCS, or the Railway Daily Operations Control System, is a Web-based operating management platform designed to help freight railroads and transit agencies manage business intelligence and processes, personnel and projects. 10East markets business management software products to the North American railroad industry.
