RailComm Inc. has landed on Inc. magazine’s ranking of the 5,000 fastest-growing private companies in the United States. The company ranked No. 2,053 on the list.
The magazine based rankings on companies’ revenue growth from 2003 through 2006. During that timespan, RailComm’s revenue increased 173.9 percent.
To qualify for the inaugural list, companies had to be U.S.-based, privately held and independent as of Dec. 31, 2006, and have generated revenue totaling at least $200,000 in 2003 and $2 million in 2006.
RailComm offers rail command, control and communications products, and control systems to North American Class Is, regionals, short lines and passenger railroads.
