TRANSFLO Terminal Services Inc. recently deployed 10East Corp.’s Railway Daily Operating Control System (RAILDOCS™) to support transloading facility operational inspections.
A Web-based daily operating management system, RAILDOCS provides tools to manage business intelligence and processes, personnel and projects.
"Empowering the mobile worker not only increases the efficiency of the workforce, it enables management to make quicker, fact-based decisions," 10East Vice President Mike Wilson said in a prepared statement. "This means a higher level of customer service. Our relationship with TRANSFLO is already being used as a model for continued expansion into other rail-focused business segments."
