The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency and the Canadian Transportation Agency are soliciting public input on a draft agreement to establish a review panel for CN's proposed logistics hub in Milton, Ontario.When finalized, the agreement will help establish the panel's mandate and authority, as well as procedures and timelines for the review under the Canadian Environmental Assessment and Canada Transportation Acts, Canadian government officials said in a press release.The agencies are seeking written comments from the public, indigenous groups and governments by July 11.CN has proposed the construction and operation of the hub, which would include a rail yard featuring about 12.5 miles of track.
