CN announced last week that once again it has been recognized as one of Canada's Top 100 Employers (2021) by Mediacorp Canada Inc.
The award recognizes the railroad's commitment to provide exceptional employee programs and workplace policies, CN officials said in a press release.
In particular, CN's commitment to supporting communities through its employee and pensioner-run Community Fund, which has raised more than CA$18.5 million since 2010 for Canadian charities, was acknowledged. Also highlighted was CN's focus on employee health through the Employee and Family Assistance Program and access to telemedicine.
The award follows the Class I being named one of Montreal's Top 100 employers and one of Canada's best diversity employers for four years in a row, CN officials said.
