Canadian Pacific and All Vision LLC announced yesterday a multi-year venture to develop outdoor advertising infrastructure along the Class I's right of way.The joint venture fits CP's "strategic approach" to optimizing use of its real estate assets, said Mark Wallace, CP's vice president of corporate affairs in a press release. Wallace also is chairman of Van Horne Outdoor, which is representing the next step in CP's real estate ventures.The agreement aims to increase revenue via construction of outdoor digital advertising infrastructure. The agreement also covers management of CP's licenses for more than 700 existing sign boards along its right of way.All Vision assists public and private property owners with the development and management of outdoor advertising assets on their properties.
