William Fatt resigned Nov. 9 from Canadian Pacific's board due to health reasons.Fatt joined the board in September 2016 and served as chair of its Finance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee."I would like to express my appreciation to the board and management of CP for all of their support during my time as a director," Fatt said in a press release.
