The United Steelworkers (USW) has ratified a four-year collective bargaining agreement with Canadian Pacific Kansas City for 600 clerical and intermodal employees in Canada.

No details about the agreement were included in a CPKC press release. The pact is the third collective agreement ratified in 2025 by Canadian CPKC employees. Teamsters Canada Rail Conference Maintenance of Way Employees Division and Unifor both ratified new four-year collective agreements in February.

"With this agreement and ratification, made possible through collaboration with the United Steelworkers, our railroaders remain focused on continuing to safely and efficiently serve our customers, moving Canada's supply chain and supporting the North American economy,” said CPKC President and CEO Keith Creel.
