Hyundai GLOVIS honors CSX as a top vehicle transport service provider

Hyundai GLOVIS is presenting its Club Elite award to CSX for exceptional finished-vehicle transport service in 2023.

Hyundai GLOVIS is the logistics service provider for Hyundai Motor America and Kia Motors America. The Club Elite designation is determined via an assessment of several metrics, including transit time, damage-free shipment handling, customer service and claims payment performance. 

CSX is the sole rail provider to receive GLOVIS’ distinction as the top-performing finished-vehicle transport provider in North America, CSX officials said in a press release.
 
“Just as Hyundai is known for their outstanding performance and value, [our] goal is to consistently exceed our customers’ and partners’ expectations for safe, reliable and cost-effective rail transportation,” said Tom Fitzgerald, CSX’s senior director of automotive sales. “This honor reflects our team's tireless efforts to deliver the excellent service our partners in the automotive industry require.”
 
CSX has served Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama since 2005 and Kia Motors Manufacturing Georgia since 2010.
