STB extends CP-KCS merger hearing

The Surface Transportation Board's hearing on the proposed merger between Canadian Pacific and Kansas City Southern has been extended into this week.

The hearing, which began Sept. 28, was initially expected to wrap up Sept. 30. The hearing will continue from 1:30 to 6 p.m. today; 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. tomorrow; and 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Oct. 6. All times are EDT.

The hearing will continue via Zoom and can be viewed on the STB's YouTube channel.
