STB to host conference on class exemption, revocation issues

The Surface Transportation Board (STB) this month will hold a technical conference on the new approach its Office of Economics has developed for possible use in considering class exemption and revocation issues.

The conference will be held virtually on Dec. 18. During the conference, the STB's staff will present the proposed approach and answer technical questions submitted in advance by Dec. 11.
