New York DOT appoints high-speed rail project director

New York State Department of Transportation Acting Commissioner Stanley Gee has appointed Marie Corrado to oversee the state’s high-speed rail program.
Corrado — the department’s Director of Major Projects — “shares the commitment to make the expansion of high-speed passenger-rail service in New York State a reality,” Gee said in a prepared statement.
