AECOM recently named Ruby Siegel as a senior member of its North American transportation planning services. She will oversee business development and project manager responsibilities for AECOM’s high-speed rail and transit planning programs.

With more than 30 years of management and planning experience in the transportation field, Siegel most recently served as senior vice president, regional director for the Northeast at a “nationally recognized” transportation consulting firm, according to a press release. She also was the consultant team project manager for the planning and environmental review phase of New Jersey Transit/Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s Access to the Region’s Core project.
