ContiTech to provide air spring systems for Chinese high-speed trains

ContiTech recently announced it will supply air spring systems for 50 of China Railways’ new CRH1 high-speed trains being manufactured by Bombardier Tranpsortation.
The first parts are scheduled to be delivered beginning in fall. All trains are expected to be built by 2014. The high-speed trains are being delivered by Bombardier’s joint venture, Bombardier Sifang (Qingdao) Transportation Ltd.
