HSR association to hold L.A. conference

On June 17-18, the U.S. High Speed Rail Association will host High Speed Rail 2010 in Los Angeles. The association held a similar event last month in Orlando, Fla.
The L.A. event will feature presentations by business and political leaders who are working to advance high-speed rail in California. Attendees will be able to network with decision-makers, make new connections to form consortiums and teams to bid on projects, and hear about the latest high-speed advances from international experts, according to the association.
