Yesterday, Capitol Hill publication The Hill published a statement from House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Republican Leader John Mica (R-Fla.) discussing the importance of developing "true" high-speed rail service in the United States. Train speeds, corridor location and government investment all must be considered, Mica said.
