PB appoints Albright planning manager to oversee California HSR outreach program

Parsons Brinckerhoff recently announced it named Gregg Albright senior planning manager in the engineering firm’s Sacramento, Calif., office.
He will oversee planning for the California high-speed rail project and be responsible for managing efforts to build community, agency and investor support for the proposed statewide high-speed rail network.
Albright previously served as deputy secretary for environmental policy for California’s Business, Transportation and Housing Agency, and deputy director of planning and modal programs for the California Department of Transportation.
