Parsons Brinckerhoff names Whately to California HSR program management team

Parsons Brinckerhoff recently appointed Lynne Marie Whately as deputy environmental manager for the California high-speed rail project’s program management team.

With 20 years of transportation industry experience, she previously worked at a national consulting firm, where she served as manager of transportation planning and environment.
