Beginning tomorrow, a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the Pennsylvania High-Speed Maglev project will be available for public review at 38 locations.
The public will have 60 days to comment on the DEIS for the proposed 54-mile high-speed line, which would run between Greensburg, Monroeville, Pittsburgh and Pittsburgh International Airport.
Later this month, Federal Railroad Administration officials and members of the project team that completed the DEIS will hold four information sessions to discuss the report. In November, the parties will hold four public hearings.
