UP one step closer to issuing RFP for Chicago-St. Louis HSR project

Union Pacific Railroad recently issued a prequalification notice for jack and bore packages for the Chicago-St. Louis high-speed rail project.
The package includes work in locations where the proposed scope of work will fall entirely within existing UP right of way, according to the notice. The notice expires on July 11.
