Railroad Track Inspection & Safety Standards Course

The Railroad Track Inspection & Safety Standards course will be held March 9-13, 2020, at the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Presented by the Center for Transportation Research at the University of Tennessee, which has provided training courses to the rail industry for more than 25 years. The course will describe track defects and acceptable corrective actions, present a recommended methodology for conducting track inspections, and discusses in depth the federal track safety standards in 49 CFR, Part 213.
