BNSF Logistics L.L.C. recently acquired third-party logistics provider Pro-Am Transportation Services Inc. Terms weren’t disclosed.
Pro-Am will become part of BNSF Logistics’ Transportation Execution Services unit. Owned by Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corp., BNSF Logistics also operates modal solutions, and supply-chain and consulting services units.
“Pro-Am [has] a large base of industrial business that is complementary to our portfolio, adding highly desired modal extension and depth,” said BNSF Logistics Vice President and General Manager Eric Wolfe in a prepared statement.
