Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit is seeking a Safety and Compliance Officer, responsible for the District`s overall safety plans, programs and practice and the development and implementation of safety and compliance programs that meet all federal, state and regional requirements including FRA, FTA, CPUC and OSHA. A bachelor`s degree in business administration, management, engineering or related field; A minimum of six (6) years of full-time verifiable management (of staff or programs) and supervisorial experience in a passenger railroad or public transportation rail maintenance environment.
