Yesterday, Canadian Pacific Railway announced members of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers have ratified a five-year agreement.

Expiring Dec. 31, 2009, and covering 450 signal maintainers, the contract increases wages, improves benefits and provides more flexible work rules.

CPR now has contracts in place with all unionized Canadian employees.
