Today, Canadian National Railway Co. announced it signed a five-year contract with the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, which represents 215 CN employees in the United States.
Expiring at 2009’s end, the pact boosts wages, improves benefits and consolidates seven separate agreements into one contract. Union members recently ratified the deal.
