The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) elected officers at its board meeting yesterday.
The authority elected Anthony Coscia as chairman; Henry Silverman, vice chairman; Anthony Shorris, executive director; James Fox, first deputy executive director; Karen Eastman, secretary; A. Paul Blanco, director of finance; Michael Fabiano, comptroller; and Anne Marie Mulligan, treasurer.
In addition, Ernesto Butcher was elected vice president and general manager of the Port Authority Trans-Hudson, or PATH, rapid-transit system, and VP and secretary of the New York and New Jersey Railroad Corp.
PANYNJ board members also authorized a six-year labor agreement with the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen.
