The Teamsters Canada Rail Conference, which represents about 160 rail traffic controllers in Canada, has ratified a new contract with CN.

Effective Jan. 1, the contract calls for yearly wage increases of 3% in 2023, 3% in 2024 and 2.5% in 2025, CN officials said in a press release. The agreement expires Dec. 31, 2025.

"We are committed to working with our railroaders and their union representatives to create a workplace where employees thrive,” said CN President and CEO Tracy Robinson.
