Rochester & Southern, UTU reach tentative agreement for T&E workers

Rochester & Southern Railroad Inc. recently reached a tentative agreement with the United Transportation Union governing train and engine-service workers, according to the National Mediation Board. Agreement details weren't released pending ratification.

Owned by Genesee & Wyoming Inc., the 106-mile short line interchanges with Norfolk Southern Railway, CSX Transportation, Canadian National Railway Co. and Canadian Pacific Railway.
