Mallory Alexander International Logistics recently acquired freight forwarder Quast & Co. Inc. Terms for the deal — which includes Quast affiliate Ocean Air Transport — weren’t disclosed.
Third-party logistics provider Mallory Alexander will offer Quast’s services, including import/export, customs brokerage, and international and air freight forwarding.
“The acquisition brings additional international, air freight forwarding and ocean services directly into our unified strategic supply-chain vision,” said Mallory Alexander President Neely Mallory III in a prepared statement.
Mallory Alexander provides intermodal trucking and transportation, logistics, and public and contract warehousing services.
