Americas Gateway Logistics Center retains listing agent

Cushman & Wakefield has been named the exclusive listing agent for the Americas Gateway Logistics Center in Moore Haven, Fla., the firm announced today.

The center is a 770-acre, rail-served logistics park being developed by Americas Gateway LLC. The park features direct rail access from the South Central Florida Express to CSX and Florida East Coast Railway.

Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores, which has broken ground on an $11 million, 10,000-square-foot facility, will be the park's first tenant, according to a Cushman & Wakefield press release.

The logistics center is being developed as a public-private partnership between Glades County, Fla., and Americas Gateway.
